نطاق هذه السياسة
تنطبق هذه السياسة على كل ما يُباع عبر متجر abdorabea.cloud، وجميعها منتجات رقمية (ملفات، أكواد، قوالب، تراخيص استخدام) تُسلَّم فورًا بعد تأكيد الدفع. باستكمال الشراء فأنت تقرّ بأنك قرأت هذه الشروط ووافقت عليها.
طبيعة المنتجات الرقمية
بعد إتاحة رابط التحميل أو إصدار مفتاح الترخيص لا يمكن «إرجاع» المنتج فعليًا، لذلك الأصل هو عدم الاسترجاع بعد التحميل — إلا في الحالات المذكورة أدناه.
الحالات التي نسترجع فيها المبلغ كاملًا
- لم يصلك المنتج أو لم يعمل رابط التحميل، ولم نتمكن من حلّ المشكلة خلال 72 ساعة من إبلاغنا.
- المنتج معطوب أو ناقص أو مختلف جوهريًا عن وصفه في صفحة المنتج.
- عملية شراء مكررة بالخطأ لنفس المنتج ونفس الحساب.
- عملية دفع غير مصرّح بها يثبت التحقق أنها لم تصدر منك.
الحالات التي لا نسترجع فيها
- تغيير الرأي بعد التحميل، أو شراء منتج لا يناسب احتياجك رغم وضوح وصفه.
- عدم توافق المنتج مع بيئة تشغيل أو نظام لم يُذكر أنه مدعوم في صفحة المنتج.
- نقص خبرة تقنية لدى المشتري في تركيب المنتج، مع توفّر الدعم والتوثيق.
- مخالفة شروط الترخيص (إعادة البيع أو النشر أو المشاركة).
مهلة تقديم الطلب
يُقدَّم طلب الاسترجاع خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ الشراء. بعد هذه المدة يمكننا تقديم دعم فني أو تحديث للمنتج بدل استرجاع المبلغ.
كيف تقدّم الطلب
أرسل طلبك من صفحة «تواصل معنا» أو من حسابك في الموقع، مع رقم الطلب وتاريخ الشراء واسم المنتج ووصف واضح للمشكلة مع لقطات شاشة إن أمكن. نردّ خلال 3 أيام عمل كحد أقصى.
مدة تنفيذ الاسترجاع
عند الموافقة يُنفَّذ الاسترجاع بنفس وسيلة الدفع الأصلية خلال 5 إلى 10 أيام عمل، وقد يستغرق ظهور المبلغ في حسابك مدة إضافية حسب البنك أو مزوّد الدفع. يُلغى الترخيص المرتبط بالمنتج فور تنفيذ الاسترجاع.
الاستبدال بدل الاسترجاع
يمكنك طلب استبدال المنتج بمنتج آخر بنفس القيمة، أو الحصول على رصيد داخل المتجر، إذا كان ذلك أنسب لك.
الاشتراكات والخدمات المخصّصة
الاشتراكات تُلغى من حسابك وتظل فعّالة حتى نهاية الفترة المدفوعة دون استرجاع جزئي. الخدمات والأعمال المخصّصة تخضع للاتفاق المكتوب المبرم قبل بدء العمل: ما أُنجز منها لا يُسترجع.

Scope
This policy covers every purchase made through the abdorabea.cloud store. All items are digital products (files, code, templates, licences) delivered immediately after payment is confirmed. Completing a purchase means you have read and accepted these terms.
Nature of digital products
Once a download link is released or a licence key is issued, the product cannot physically be returned. As a rule, purchases are non-refundable after download, except in the cases listed below.
When we refund in full
- The product never reached you or the download link failed, and we could not fix it within 72 hours of your report.
- The product is broken, incomplete, or materially different from its description.
- A duplicate purchase of the same product on the same account.
- An unauthorised payment confirmed as not made by you.
When we do not refund
- A change of mind after downloading, or buying a product that does not suit you despite a clear description.
- Incompatibility with an environment or system not listed as supported on the product page.
- Lack of technical experience installing the product, while support and documentation are available.
- Breach of the licence terms (resale, redistribution, or sharing).
Request window
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. After that we can offer technical support or a product update instead of a refund.
How to request
Send your request through the contact page or your account, including the order number, purchase date, product name, and a clear description of the issue with screenshots where possible. We reply within 3 business days at most.
Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days; your bank or payment provider may need extra time to show the amount. Any licence tied to the product is revoked once the refund is issued.
Exchange instead of refund
You may ask to swap the product for another of equal value, or receive store credit, if that suits you better.
Subscriptions and custom work
Subscriptions can be cancelled from your account and stay active until the end of the paid period, with no partial refund. Custom services follow the written agreement made before work begins: completed work is non-refundable.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy; the last update date appears at the top of the page. The version in force for your order is the one published at the time of purchase.
