My HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e has suddenly decided it's offline and won't connect to my network. It was working fine yesterday. I've tried power cycling the printer and my router, updating printer drivers on my Windows 10 PC, and even re-entering the WiFi password on the printer's touch screen. The printer confirms it's connected to the network, but my computer and phone apps still say 'offline'. I'm unable to print anything. It's connected wirelessly. Is there a common fix I'm missing, or do I need to look into more complex network troubleshooting? I'm stumped.
